The government will increase the Tobacco Excise Excise (CHT) for 2021 by 12,5 percent. When announcing this last December, Finance Minister Sri Mulyani said the government was trying to balance the health aspects at the same time considering the general economic conditions, which were affected by Covid-19, especially the workers and farmers groups.
