Irvan Tengku Harja

Irvan joined The PRAKARSA in XNUMX. He completed his Master's degree in international relations at the National Research Tomsk State University, Russia, in June XNUMX. He has participated in the "International Trade Unionism & Social Policy" training program organized by the Public Administration Institute for Turkey and the Middle East (TODAIE), Confederation of Public Servants Trade Unions (MEMUR-SEN), and Statistical, Economic, and Social Research and Training Center for Islamic Countries (SESRIC) in XNUMX in Ankara, Turkey. His bachelor's degree was accomplished in the international relations program at the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) in XNUMX.

 

Prior to joining The PRAKARSA, Irvan worked as a field researcher at the Center for Policy and Population Studies at Gadjah Mada University, an assistant lecturer, and a tutor at the UMY's International Relations Study Program. He also actively participates in the activities of civil society organizations, including serving as the Deputy Chairperson of the Regional Leadership Council of the Federation of Metal, Electronic, and Machine Workers Union – All Indonesian Workers Union of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DPD FSP LEM - SPSI DIY), former deputy secretary-general of the Yogyakarta Labor Alliance (ABY), and former general chairperson of the Indonesian Youth Struggle Front – Yogyakarta Executive Board.
