Roby joins The PRAKARSA in June 2025 as Research and Knowledge Manager. He is responsible for managing research activities and information management. Roby holds a Master of Science (M.Sc) in International Business from the University of Birmingham, England, and a Bachelor of Management from the School of Business and Management, Bandung Institute of Technology (SBM-ITB).
Before joining The PRAKARSA, Roby has more than 12 years of experience as an analyst and researcher in the Indonesian financial services sector, especially in the debt market. Roby has been involved in various research related to economic outlook, government & corporate debt market development, and debt market information system development projects. Roby also has research experience for various regulators in the financial sector such as the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia, Ministry of Finance, Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH), and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In addition to experience with government institutions, Roby also has experience in corporate financial consulting projects such as conducting sectoral analysis and company valuation to support corporate fundraising activities.
Roby's research interests are in economic issues including monetary and fiscal policy, as well as in financial market and instrument topics that support inclusive and sustainable development.
