Roy Julifer Silaban joins The PRAKARSA in August 2025 as a Finance & Accounting Assistant. She is responsible for managing petty cash, documenting all financial documents in both soft and hard files, managing the organization's bank accounts, and making payments via Perkumpulan Prakarsa's internet banking. In addition, she also handles the recording of financial transactions and the implementation of accounting tasks in a disciplined and orderly manner in accordance with ISAK 35 standards.
Roy earned a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from Surya Nusantara Adventist University. With thoroughness and dedication in the fields of financial administration and accounting, he is committed to supporting transparency, accountability, and achieving the vision and mission of The PRAKARSA.
