The LCDI Grant Program will strengthen PRK in various regions in Indonesia, as well as encourage sustainable economic growth through the integration of PRK and Climate Resilience into medium-term development planning documents, both nationally and regionally, increasing capabilities, developing science-based policies, and technology trials innovative low carbon. British Minister for the Indo Pacific, Anne-Marie Trevelyan, emphasized that Indonesia's rapidly developing economy and innovation provide greater opportunities for the two countries to work together, from trade and investment to science and technology cooperation. "The Low Carbon Development Initiative will ensure that Indonesia's economic growth continues to be sustainable and resilient to the impacts of climate change as well as providing benefits to communities in the UK, Indonesia and throughout the Indo-Pacific."
