Multidimensional Poverty Profile of Lampung Province
Multidimensional poverty in Lampung Province shows a significant decline in 2012-2022. The multidimensional poverty rate has fallen from 65,59% in 2012 to 13,74% in 2021 or decreased by more than 51%. A significant decrease occurred in rural areas with a decrease of almost 59% between 2012 and 2021.
During a decade of multidimensional poverty, the MMR value experienced the largest decline from 2019 of 20,99% to 13,74% in 2020. This significant decrease occurred at the village level with a decrease of up to 9,80 points. The smallest decline occurred in 2018 to 2019 with a decrease of only around 2,11 points.
Multidimensional poverty index which describes the percentage and intensity of multidimensional poverty. IKM in Lampung has decreased from 0,33 in 2012 to 0,06 in 2021 or decreased by 0,27 points. The biggest decline occurred in 2012 to 2013, 2014 to 2015, 2016 to 2017, and 2019 to 2020, namely a decrease of 0,04 points, the smallest decrease occurred in 2018-2019 with a decrease of 0,01 points.
