In November 2021 the Minister of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency (PPN/Bappenas) of the Republic of Indonesia bestowed an award on The PRAKARSA for its contribution to the implementation of programs and activities of the Sustainable Development Goals (TPB/SDGs). This appreciation and recognition is a source of pride and encouragement for The PRAKARSA to continue to work as well as possible in advancing sustainable development in Indonesia.
SDGs are a shared commitment by the government, civil society organizations and corporations. Therefore, The PRAKARSA placing several SDGs goals as a priority including reducing poverty, access to health for all, gender equality, decent work, economic growth, reducing inequality, renewable energy, sustainable finance and justice-peace.
The PRAKARSA as a public policy research and advocacy institution will continue to strive to accelerate the achievement of SDGs at the national, regional and village levels. Collaboration between parties is crucial to the success of achieving the SDGs, The PRAKARSA open for collaboration and co-creation with all parties.
