The PRAKARSA is a think-tank that produces and shares information, knowledge, and policy recommendations in the social, economic, and sustainable development fields as well as various topics related to welfare issues. We are actively involved in strengthening the evidence-based policymaking process with civil society organizations, government, parliament, and corporations. We work at the local, national, regional, and global level.
Currently, we are looking for Finance & Accounting Assistant to assist the Finance & Accounting Team.
The requirements of this role are as follows:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from Finance/ Accounting major
- Familiar with accounting and finance field, including financial/ accounting software (Accurate) and tools
- Have experience in conducting banking transactions (Internet Banking)
- Understanding off accounting principles & tax regulations
- Detail oriented, with good analytical skill
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially excel)
- Time management skills
- Willing to learn new things
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing petty cash
- Manage and document all financial documents, both soft files and hard files
- Responsible for managing the organization’s bank accounts
- Responsible for making payments through internet banking used by Perkumpulan Prakarsa
- Responsible for managing and recording financial transactions
- Perform accounting tasks for the financial transactions of Perkumpulan Prakarsa in a disciplined and orderly manner, in accordance with ISAK 35
- Understand about tax regulations
