The PRAKARSA & INFID held a meeting with Bappenas and the Green Economy Caucus (GEC) DPR RI in order to strengthen the strategic plan to achieve low carbon development in Indonesia which was held on Wednesday, 1 September 2021 in Jakarta.
This meeting was initiated by The PRAKARSA and INFID represented by Mr. Ah Maftuchan, Executive Director of The PRAKARSA, Ms. Binny Buchori, (Governing Body of The PRAKARSA), Mr. Willem Wemmy Patitinasarany representing INFID (Project Coordinator) Mrs. Mercy Chriesty Barends, Member of DPR Commission VII and coordinator of GEC, Ms. Dyah Roro Esti Widya Putri, Member of DPR Commission VII (And Secretary of GEC), Mr. Sartono Hutomo Member of DPR Commission VI ( Member of GEC), Mr. Medrilzam, Director of Environment of the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas and Mr. Arifin Rudiyanto, Deputy for Maritime Affairs and Natural Resources of the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas.
This meeting encouraged the collaborative spirit between the Ministry of National Development Planning, Parliament and CSOs in realizing a greener, more prosperous and sustainable development in Indonesia.
